Single Point Solutions are delighted to be continuing our working partnership with Dandara through 2023. SPS have been helping Dandara deliver their Analytics and Business Intelligence strategy throughout 2022, and we have a whole programme of work scheduled across 2023.
James Horne, UK Housing Finance Director provides some insights into why Dandara are implementing a co-ordinated Analytics and BI strategy…. “Through a combination of growth, complexity and pace of change we have been exploring ways to harness our data to aid our decision making. Dandara are passionate about the power of data, the insights and the deeper understanding that it can bring to ultimately aid our decision making process. Transparency and consistency of reporting is key for us, using a BI solution is effectively putting real time information at our finger tips and we are getting great value from it already.” 
SPS have worked closely with the Dandara team to deliver a range of solutions across different data subjects, including House Sales performance and Customer Care analysis. The end to end solutions take data from their COINS ERP system across to Azure SQL where programmes, developed by SPS, transform the data to provide the data models used in Power BI. The end user reports and dashboards are then developed using the SQL data models, enabling the users to identify and ultimately monitor and control key business insights that are held in the data. The solution ultimately leverages the value of the data held in their COINS system, providing click of a button metrics and analysis on a day to day basis direct to the end users.
As for working with SPS James acknowledges how working with us has helped Dandara deliver their BI solutions… “It has been great partnering with SPS on this journey, we certainly wouldn’t have had the traction without SPS. We’ve been able to leverage off their knowledge and make that quick early progress. The team at SPS are passionate about that blended team approach and they do absolutely feel part of our team, we’ve been able to collaborate and that has been critical to us getting to the point we are at today.”
