Iain is a Chartered Civil Engineer with over 30 years’ experience working in or around the UK Construction Sector. Through various roles across the Sector he has developed an in depth understanding of how construction businesses operate.
The last 17 years of this experience has been involved in the development and delivery of best practice processes and technology based solutions. This experience allows him to help companies deliver real business benefits through the implementation of good business processes and the use of technology solutions where required. Iain uses this experience to champion the subjects of good process and good systems, and their importance to creating an efficient, profitable and robust Construction Industry fit for the 21st Century.
